Completing this module equips facilitators with sophisticated skills and deep insights into the interplay between embodiment, relational intimacy, and trauma awareness in group facilitation. Graduates emerge ready to confidently navigate the complexities of facilitating transformational spaces, enriched with the ability to foster profound connection and healing.
This weeklong specialized module, inspired by the comprehensive wisdom and practices of the year-long Field Facilitator Training, concentrates on the pivotal role of somatic awareness and relational connection in facilitating groups, particularly within contexts sensitive to trauma.
This training is an advanced education in studying and working directly (from many different layers, and perspectives) with group fields. Especially those around facilitating transformational group spaces in anything ranging from: relationships, embodiment, therapy, intimacy, tantra, dance, yoga, health & wellbeing.
The Field Facilitator Training is a comprehensive, experiential training in the art of embodied group facilitation. We are focused on facilitation of the interpersonal, relational, interactive as opposed to one-way teaching to passive participants. Field Facilitation is a dance between guide and participant, listening and penetrating, attuning and adjusting for maximum impact. You will leave this weeklong training with invaluable skills and practice for bringing every one of your participants totally into the group field.
