*Registration for this event requires you to fill out the application form. Ideally, you have already attended some personal and relational development courses. We say this is ideal because this adventure is a BIG step into the movement and culture that is Intimacy Camp and we want to be sure you are aligned with our mission and values. If you have not already attended any events similar to this before you will be required to have a short 20 minute interview before your application is accepted.

Please take a moment to review the cancellation policy. All questions are warmly welcomed. You are always welcome and encouraged to sell or transfer your ticket to someone else (as long as that person is accepted through our application process). All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing to Michelle at Michelle@the-field.com
• If you cancel at any time up to 8 weeks before the event start date, the full payment minus the €500 non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 8 weeks of the event start date, 70% of the full payment will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event start date, 50% of the full payment will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 2 week of the event start date, 30% of the full payment will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 1 week of the event start date, or if you withdraw from the event after the start of the first day, no part of the payment will be refunded.

The Venue

The venue for Summer Camp is Skeppsudden, a Swedish farm dating from the 18th century lovingly converted into a soulful retreat centre, located on Lake Bråviken’s southern beach, 150 km South of Stockholm. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, charm and remoteness. The buildings are full of light and Scandinavian character, while the landscape is tranquil and beautiful, with forests, meadows, cliffs and a long beach, as well as a delicious apple and cherry dale. Through the site runs the “Via Amorosa” — The Love Trail, a magical path that hugs the lake and offers some truly magical vistas. Skeppsudden also has it’s own pier, plus a wood-burning sauna with panoramic windows and a Hot Tub with stunning views over Bråviken
FAQ's
Dorm style accommodations are included in the price of your ticket. You will sleep indoors in a beautiful, clean space on a bed. We recommend you provide your own bed sheets and towel, however the venue can provide for you at an additional cost of 200 SEK / €18 to be paid in cash at the venue. Once you have registered you will be sent a form to select this option.

Yes. If you would like to upgrade your room you can handle this directly with the property. If you want a single room it is 300 SEK extra per night or part of a double room 150 SEK per person per night.

Also included in the cost of your ticket is 3 meals per day with tea and snacks. A variety of beautiful, delicious food will be prepared by the chef. Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free options are all available.
After you have registered you will be sent a dietary retirement form to fill in to share your needs.

We recommend you fly into Stockholm Airport (ARN).
From Stockholm Airport you take a train or bus to Norrköping (Arlanda C - Norrköping C).
A driver from the venue will pick you up from Norrköping station and bring you to Skeppsudden.
You book your train/bus travel using: www.sj.se
It will cost 600 SEK or €50 per car/per direction from: Norrköping C to Skeppsudden.
You need to have this amount in cash to give to the driver on pickup.

Welcome to the application form for the 6th annual Intimacy Camp!
The first part of the registration process is filling out this application form.
This is a chance for us to get to know you so write as much as you want.
After submitting this form you will be redirected to a page to book a 20-30 minute informal interview with my assistant Michelle to ensure this event is right for you and you for us.
Upon acceptance of your application, a confirmation fee of €500 will be required to secure your place.
Your remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the event begins (June 8th, 2024).
The cost of the 2 week experience is €2700
This includes accommodation and all meals.
